When can I return to work?
This depends greatly upon the extent of the surgery and how quickly the patient heals. In most cases you may return to work within a couple of days!
How large is the incision?
The incisions are very small, just large enough for the tube to be inserted.
When are the stitches removed?
Sutures are removed between the fifth and seventh post-operative day.
How long will I need to wear the compression garment?
The garment is worn to help smooth the bulges, and bring the skin back into place.  It depends on your age and your skin elasticity. You might need to wear this garment up to six weeks.
Will the fatty tissue come back?
The fatty tissue that is removed will never come back.  If you do gain weight you will gain it all over.
Who will actually perform the operation?
Dr. Henley will perform the operation.
What is the cost?
The cost is discussed with you during your initial consultation.  The cost varies because of the amount of fatty tissue removed and how many different areas Dr. Henley will be doing.
